About the Materials With The Premium Seriesâ, every effort possible has been made to provide a product of superior quality and value. Drawings in the catalog are full size. Actual sizes and profiles may vary slightly from catalog illustrations and dimensions. Samples are available upon request for a nominal fee. As hardwood is a product of nature, natural variations in color, texture, and grain pattern are inherent and should be expected. Material supplied will require normal surface preparation prior to stain or finish.

Solid hardwood mouldings are manufactured from random length lumber. Paint grade mouldings are typically available in 8 to 16 foot lengths. Due to the nature of different species of hardwood, some Multiple Specie items are limited in length availability.

On random length orders, we make every attempt to ship an appropriate assortment of lengths based upon the type and size of the profile. Random lengths may include a maximum of 15% 3 to 6 foot lengths.

Specified Lengths When ordering specified lengths on stock mouldings, there will be a specified length up-charge. All reasonable efforts will be made to minimize overage on your requested lengths. A combination of available lengths will be pulled to achieve the lengths ordered and there may be up to a 10% overage to meet your length requirements. Up to a 10% overage shall be deemed acceptable by buyer and not subject to credits or refunds. If over shipments are greater that 10%, you will be notified prior to shipment for approval. Specified 16' lengths will be subject to an additional up-charge and are subject to availability. Instead of combining your shorter lengths and specifying long lengths, it is to your advantage and more economical to specify the actual net lengths you need.

Returns and Cancellations Once an item has been pulled from stock and packaged for shipment by the manufacturer, a restocking charge will apply if you cancel your order. Notification of order or material discrepancies must be made within five days of receipt of material. All shipments must be held intact for inspection and tally if necessary.

No material shall be returned without prior written approval. Material must be returned intact. No partial returns of any item is allowed without specific authorization. Material must be returned in original condition within 15 days of receipt. Material not returned in original condition or within 15 days of receipt will not be considered for credit, and, at sellers option, will be returned to buyer. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge, ($10 minimum). Return cartage is buyer's responsibility. Credits or refunds for eligible material will be made only after receipt of material.

Any item that has been installed, cut, glued, finished, shows signs of job site neglect, damaged in transit by buyer, or modified in any way shall be deemed accepted by buyer and is no longer the responsibility of seller; No returns or credits allowed. This includes items that have been marked with any type of pencil or pen, exposed to moisture or sun, or have any blemishes from paint, stain, drywall mud, or dirt.

Flexible resin moulding, radius corners, custom wood radius work, and all other non-stock items are considered Special Orders and not subject to returns, refunds, or exchanges. Deposit may be required on Special Order items and are not subject to cancellation if production has been initiated. Please note, due to the differences in material and manufacturing processes, a slight profile variance may occur between wood and resin products.

Limitations Additional Terms and Condition of Sale may be imposed by Seller and not included herein. Prior to purchase, it is buyer's responsibility to make him or herself aware of all applicable Terms and Conditions. Seller shall not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages under any circumstances, including but not limited to damages or loss resulting from inability to use materials, increased operating costs or loss of production, attorney's fees, or any other damages. In all cases, seller's maximum liability, whether resulting from breach of contract, negligence, or otherwise, shall not exceed the contract price of the goods and materials supplied by seller.
